We want to thank you and your team for all you did in arranging the funeral. I am sure everyone that approaches you on such a sad and emotional occasion is searching for sympathy and reassurance and each one has to be dealt with according to their needs and personality.
You never questioned anything we asked for and encouraged us in what was best for our loved one and ourselves. Every single thing we mentioned – click – you handled it. That is such a load of the grieving person’s mind and we appreciated it very much. Those thoughtful extra little touches were painstakingly taken care of which makes such a difference.
